Bungalows and split-levels from Nepean’s original building boom often have plaster-over-lath or older drywall assemblies that need a different anchor approach than newer construction, particularly for wall-mounted TVs, mirrors, and shelving. We check wall construction before drilling on any mounting job, and we are equally comfortable assembling furniture in a decades-old family home or a newer infill build on the same street.

Older Nepean homes sometimes have a fuse box or breaker panel in an unexpected spot, worth pointing out if a mounting job involves drilling nearby.
